Preparation trip in a group .... Part1

Happy holiday everyone :)
wanna share you my week trip with my master classmate.
a week we traveled around KL - Melacca - Singapore.
We flight from Bandung together...

My classmate and 2 besties from Jogja :*

this part wud like to share the preparation thing. We're 11 people. Lots people with many 'wish&desire'.
1st thing to do is make sure that everyone join the trip and ask them many times where they want to end up the journey (its for the ticket going back home). I decided to flight directly from Sg to Jogja. So, I dont need to come back to Bandung (minimize my cost). and dont forget bout the baggage. Every people have a different luggage. so ask them and make sure that u wont shortage for ur baggage.
2nd prepare the hostel. booked the hostel isn't easy if you have lots people whom travel with. coz they also have a special needs. so, asked them what kind of hostel they want. Private or dorm. I usually booked hostel from www.hostelworld.com/ and be careful that not all the hostel can accommodate everyone on the trip. especially when u take a trip with 11 people. But its fine when u just with 2-4people. no need to worry :)
Don't forget to prepare your credit card for book the hostel.
3rd prepare ur itinerary. Its simple but very important. to make sure that u can manage ur time to go around. You want to go to many places so you have to make a list. We don't have all this itinerary specially when in Malaysia. We had a quick forum on the night for tomorrow morning trip. that's bad. because we don't have lots info about  the places.... ihihihihi...

The most important things whether you travel alone or in a group is that (please) before you go, search a lot from internet. Im sure that lots people always write it down where and how to go and to get somewhere. anywhere you want. Which public transport sud we take or how much money we've to spend. Lots info you can get from internet.

Okey, next. gonna tell you 'bout how to get to Melacca from KL and how to get to Singapore after that.
To minimize your budget, better if travelling from north to the south. Singapore is an expensive one. the cost take 2x from Malaysia.
